Relying on the green recycling economy system of Ningxia Dadi Circular Development Co., Ltd., Ningxia Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd. gives full play to its own advantages, deepens production, learning and research cooperation, and jointly undertakes the major scientific research project of the autonomous region "research and development of green and long life tires" with Beijing rubber industry research and Design Institute in 2018. It studies on green raw materials, low rolling resistance and low noise formula, super wear-resistant formula, self repair hot melt adhesive, high-strength skeleton material, tire thermal fatigue mechanism and tire structure design optimization in depth by using equilibrium contour theory. After finishing, a series of green, low rolling resistance and low noise tires will be produced to meet the export requirements of high-end products in EU, the United States and other countries.
