Ningxia Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ningxia Dadi Recycling Development Co., Ltd. which was established in 2002 and covers an area of 8000 acres and owns more than 7,000 employees and total assets of 13 billion yuan. The group company which involves the main industries including tires, fertilizers, polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), high-strength and high-modulus fibers, power plants, calcium carbide, silicomanganese, dicyandiamide and cement etc., is one of the top 500 chemical companies in China, the 32nd of the top 100 top companies in Ningxia, and the 2nd of the top 30 companies in Shizuishan. The group company which is one the largest private enterprises in Ningxia and the typical representative of the recycling economy industry chain, has always been guided by the innovation model of developing recycling economy and comprehensive utilization of resources, and has embarked on the low-consumption and high-efficiency recycling economy development road. Ningxia Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd. is located in Ningxia Pingluo Industrial Park. The project was approved in 2013 and started construction in 2014, covering an area of 1.5 million square meters, with a floor area of 1.16 million square meters. The total investment will be CNY10.5 billion. The first tire launched off the production line on May 27, 2015. In 2016, Shenzhou Tire Co., Ltd. ranked first among China's tire enterprises with a growth rate of 683%. In 2017, the first phase of the project reached full production, selling nearly 1.9 million tires and achieving sales revenue of nearly CNY1.4 billion. In 2018, the company produced and sold 2.4 million tires, and realized sales profit of CNY 86.68 million, making it the 15th enterprise among all-steel-radial-tire manufacturers in China. And created a miracle of construction and growth in China and even the world's tire industry.
Relying on the advantages and support of circular economy of Dadi Group, the company has built a circular industrial chain centering on tire manufacturing, and has successively constructed and put into operation the phase I project of 50,000-ton steel cord, phase I project of 40,000-ton carbon black and PE film recycling production workshop. The company has realized the mode of independent supply, recycling and green development of all materials except rubber in the "three main materials and one auxiliary material" required for tire manufacturing, which is unique in the domestic tire industry and rated as "green Factory" by the Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

In terms of the technology, Shenzhou ensures the excellent quality with professional team. Based on the latest design theories of many well-known national companies and national authoritative design institutes, combined with finite element analysis and rubber processing analysis, we succeed in developing light truck tyres, long-distance high-speed tires, short-distance heavy-duty tires, and wide base low section tires, mining tires, snow tires,etc, which are approved by the government and realted departments. In September 2017, it was awarded the title of "National Rubber and Tire Engineering Technology Research" Experimental Factory; in September 2017, it was awarded the title of National "Green Factory"; in December 2017, it was listed as one of the top 100 private enterprises in China's petrochemical industry; in 2017, it was awarded China Member unit of the Ninth Committee of the Rubber Professional Committee of the Chemical Industry Society; In March 2018, it was awarded the title of "Garden Chemical Factory" in Shizuishan City; in April 2018, it was awarded the technology innovation R&D team of“Green、Economy、High performance radial truck tyre. On March 5, 2020, it was awarded the National Top 100 Quality and Integrity Benchmarking Enterprise. In August 2020, it was recognized as a “leading demonstration enterprise in the manufacturing industry of the autonomous region”. In August 2020, it cooperated with the Beijing Graphene Research Institute to establish the “Beijing Graphene Research Institute Ningxia Branch” to focus on the research of the application of new graphene materials in aviation tires and other tires field. Currently it undertaks 2 major research and development projects in the autonomous region, 2 key research and development projects, and 1 municipal science and technology special project.
